Add download functionality for marker tables

Add a download button below the marker table in the Cluster information tab. Similar to the download buttons below the cluster table (above the marker table), it would provide the user with the markers as a TSV file
I'm not sure if users would generally prefer original column titles or the modified ones used on the Braindex website, I will ask to see!
