bibata doesn't work on i3wm

I've trying to set my cursor to bibata on I3, but the cursor not work on my apps, and only appear on my wallpaper area, but when I change mouse focus to any application, the cursor returns to my dracula-cursor.

I'm really liked this cursor, help me to fix this problem please :)

I'm not an i3 user, but have you tried configuring Xcursor.theme in ~/.Xresources:
