No frontend spec spells "color" with a "u". Spelling it as we have adds cognitive dissonance for zero discernible reason, particularly given it's not simply the London office that uses this codebase.

Ostensible plan is:

• Deprecate npm package
• Move repo to financial-times GH org
• Rename repo to g-chartcolor
• Publish as g-chartcolor using same versioning
