Invalid or expired license key

Hello,
I tried to run examples but see allert with text "Invalid or expired license key".
Also, I tried license key from the code example (README file, section Add code to use it):

// ******** Check for the latest License ********* const licenseKey = "MTc1MjUyNjgwMDAwMA==-RbOr3R66OPByzZxLe7vgM6JDlrrejrgRzbo41+g8qrM=";
but also no effect.
I see comment "Check for the latest License" in the code but how I can do it?

Could you please tell me how I can get working license?
