Adding support for half years

Users should be able to set, either while creating and/or editing as SchoolYear, set a first Half year it belongs to. 
When calculating the average for the 2nd Half Year marks from the first shall be respected, but not the other way around. 
Subjects from the 1st Half Year may be cloned / also used in the 2nd Hal Year.
