Creating a rule processor caches the previously created rule processor's inputs

When a user creates a new rule processor, and then creates another one, the form is prepopulated with the previous rule processor's data.

Actual behaviour

1. Open Rule Processor Details
2. Click Create and submit a new rule processor

3. Click Create to see the previous rule processor's data pre-populated in the form:

Expected behaviour

Create should provide an empty form.
