Missing user information from Review page

As a config service user
I want to be able to see who created or updated a rule processor (etc.)
So that I can know who was responsible for a specific activity

Current behaviour

The user who created or (last?) updated the rule processor is not displayed when the Review details are displayed.

1. Open Rule Processor Details
2. Click Review on the rule processor row

Expected behaviour

The createdBy (ownerId?) (user) must be displayed in the table.
The updatedBy (user) must be displayed in the table.
