[Feature request] Improved visibility of current "Environment" setting

When switching environments with Ctrl+E it's not very clear which environment you're currently using. (As mentioned in issue #1332)

It would be too easy to accidentally switch to a Production environment when you actually wanted to be in the Dev/Test environment.

Can I please suggest increasing visibility of current environment via:

1. Move environment switcher to prominent position e.g. top of window
2. Add "environment colour" option which would change the colour of the RESTer background and/or the top bar with each environment. E.g. you could configure RED for Production and GREEN for Test or whatever.
