[Feature Request] Add `outputOre()`

AdvancedRocketry allows add ores in output, which simplify managing of oredicted items.

Usually, problems arise, when mods trying to add/remove entries from OreDict after CT load, which cause unable to use `ore.firstItem` on code execution.
