Error "Cannot find file at '..\\lib\clcache\clcache\clcache.exe'" #354
Description
I installed clcache via Chocolatey and this is printed when I run it. I've verified that the file actually exists. Running that file prints the same message.

Cannot find file at '..\\lib\clcache\clcache\clcache.exe' (C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2019\Community\VC\Tools\MSVC\14.16.27023\bin\HostX64\lib\clcache\lib\clcache\clcache\clcache.exe). This usually indicates a missing or moved file.
%CLCACHE_CL% is set to C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2019\Community\VC\Tools\MSVC\14.16.27023\bin\HostX64\x64\cl_real.exe which is what I renamed the original cl.exe to.
