Support directories

Is it feasible for this library to also support watching an entire directory?

I'm open to adding that feature. Currently fzwatch exists to support fancy-cat, my own pdf reader. If you're willing to contribute this feature I'm happy to merge it. Otherwise you may have to wait until at least zig 0.15.0 for me to expand the scope of fzwatch.
