What's needed?
The common API is distinguishing between Electical and Communications components, and the reporting API should follow this.
Proposed solution
Depcrecate the current ReceiveMicrogridComponentsDataStream and ReceiveAggregatedMicrogridComponentsDataStream.
Add new RPCs ReceiveMicrogridElectricalComponentsDataStream and ReceiveAggregatedMicrogridElectricalComponentsDataStream
