Save GA stats

Create db with stats for entered GA (how many times title gave away in site and the bot entered) by year )))

And later when fy.py used - get this stat also to decide - remove from followed or not

1. make function to update followed and wishlist steam games in local DB (for example, once per day)
2. use DB to get all the games
3. save stats after entering GA
