Segfault on queue_init when initializing a T.30 fax session

Hi,

Following #72, I've tried to compile the latest version of SpanDSP from git and use it with FreeSwitch 1.10.10 from SignalWire Debian repo, but it crashed as soon as the first fax came in. Core dump attached: spandsp_stacktrace.log.

OS: Debian 11 (Bullseye)
