Possibly Interesting Data: Damages #103
Description
During the all hands on 2026-02-05, we discussed possible classes of data that might be interesting to curate, in terms of the tools we might build on them, or the initiatives that they might enable. This issue is for tracking thoughts and investigations on curating a data set on damages.
During our initial discussion, we thought this might be useful for establishing context for journalists, investigations into SLAPP-like suits, and it would be of great interest to lawyers in general.
