This is a good idea. I'm not sure what else is out there, but it's certainly come up before. We'll be getting some court rules from books when we start scanning them, but I don't know if we'll be able to use those. But I think before we do this, we'll need to figure out statutes! |

Using them in our Litigant Portal would be hugely helpful for self-represented litigants. In our partner courts, getting copies should be easier. |

Court rules are extremely difficult to navigate and compile in a useful manner for anyone new to law or self represented it would be incredibly helpful to have a tool that can find and download State and Local Court rules and compile them into volumes. If the program also had a method of combining state court rules modified by local court rules so a novice could just simply read "the court rules" of their jurisdiction it would be a lifesaver.
