I love it! I was also trying to remember similar browser extensions, and I came up with Jureeka (closest) and Bestlaw (enhances Lexis & Westlaw interfaces). You could also do this for statutes, and send people to LII. Can extensions re-request different permissions? If yes, RECAP could request its current scope to start, and then it could request additional permissions if the user opted in to linkification.
