Coming back to a Twitter playlist causes it to potentially repeat every plugin #15

When reselecting the Twitter playlist it gives the user the option of which plugin to start - as it does with any playlist. However, if the playlist has been growing for a while, you will end up repeating everything - we should instead prune plugins as they have been shown, so that they don't get repeated.
