Few Questions regarding the App

Hello Sir,

I am using frappe cloud, i forked your app and deployed on my site and it got succesfully.

I am using Live environment, but I noticed if the user (recepiant) sends a message then only we can send a message to that person. we cannot initiate a chat with any number.

from my understanding chat initiation from business side is done only using templates. will you be adding this feature ? means we import our templates from meta and send notifications based on events.

Free text is possible, but we need to reply to the first message that triggered from meta.
