Add method to update agent config.

• We are now also using press_url from agent config in Agent Job Callbacks, this needs to be updated on all agent config.json.
• Currently we use default

I have added a configuration in the config file created during server setup which points at the press url; No configurable api is present to amend / edit the same (afaik).
