Match the naming convention for our JWST pipeline

Just noting here, the kernels should be named [resolution]_to_[resolution].fits, and any Gaussians should be lower case (e.g. gauss15), to comply with how the JWST pipeline works as-is (maybe there's a discussion to have about this later)
