Non-existent menu entry in README

The README states:

If necessary use the menu entry vr-annotate/Generate GUIDs for all TargetNodes to generate the missing GUIDs

However there is no such menu entry. The closest is vr-annotate/Generate GUIDs for all Children, which supposedly has a different meaning.
