OCD mode: allow widget center-alignment

This ain't easy; it's mostly a matter of doing it while still respecting the original design, but it's also a matter of how to align elements in the widget. For example, the weather icon and the buttons.

Still, we have users affected by OCD that are having issues with the left-alignment.
