"How to use" tutorial

Create a simple tutorial that shows how to put the widget on the lockscreen and show it the first time the user clicks on the widget icon on the launcher (which will have to be added). After the user has been taken through the quick start tutorial once, the icon will be hidden from the launcher and the tour will still only be available from the settings activity.
