Publish oasis-desktop in the AUR

What problem do I have:

I don't use oasis that often even if I want to since I have to go into the terminal, cd, git pull etc (I don't want to install it with npm) and it's a lot easier to just launch patchwork instead since it's in my $PATH and is mostly up to date because I've installed it from the AUR

Suggested fix:

Publish (and keep mostly up to date, which tbh adds maintenance burden) oasis-desktop to the AUR

Happy to link to that in this repo once someone publishes it. If we set up a -git package it shouldn't have too much of a maintenance burden. The Patchwork PKGBUILD should be easy to plagiarize.
