Action is completed successfully if has wrong configuration

Actual:

• If I set ignore-unknown-authors = true but forget specify default-recipient property job will be executed and finished successfully. (Green checkbox)

Expected:

• Execution with any misconfiguration should fail and I will be able to identify that something is wrong with action.
