Ignore files using PEP 723 syntax

Kinda related to #1043, even taking aside any implementation that would handle PEP 723, deptry should ignore files that use PEP 723 syntax to define inline dependencies, as in that case it should not consider dependencies in those files, since the file is self-contained and has its own set of dependencies.
