Generate Bitstream Header

The .lvbitx file contains a Xilinx Vivado binary file, which the same as a bitstream file only without the header. It would be nice to be able to create a header which would be enough to get updatemem to process the binary file without having to provide the original bitstream.

Realization: Generating the bitstream header will help, but the entire process cannot be completed at this time because we still require the mmi file (Memory Map Info)

I'm sure the information is somewhere inside the bitstream, but probably not in a raw easy-to-read format.
