Hackage documentation broken #45

Hello,
On https://hackage.haskell.org/package/odbc the documentation is not displayed:
A look at the Hackage build log (bottom right on the same page) seems to hint at a missing odbc system package prior to build.
I unfortunately don't know how to specify system requirements for Hackage build and I did not find any info about it in https://hackage.haskell.org/upload 😞
