Add `dissect-` prefixed aliases to all script entry points

For example, there should be an alias for target-query -> dissect-target-query, dump-nskeyedarchiver -> dissect-dump-nskeyedarchiver.

This should help in command discoverability + will make #104 probably a bit easier to implement.
