Add more NTDS stuff

Seems like the new NTDS functionality is already there, so I suggest that we add the following plugins:

• Extract shadow credentials
• Extract RBCD entries
• Extract certificate templates
• Extract password policy
• Extract adidns records

Some of these will be nice to add to the NTDS implementation in dissect.database in addition to adding to the plugin.

Which ones did you have in mind?

I haven't looked at how exactly any of this is stored, but if they require a new class then that for sure. Additional attributes might be nice just to add a little typing in there. Can be very small such as https://github.com/fox-it/dissect.database/blob/542289301b3f754c40dceddaed26d4bd33043f6f/dissect/database/ese/ntds/objects/user.py#L42-L45

See fox-it/dissect.database#42 as an example for a small addition.

Ah I get it. I would do the certificate templates and shadow creds. Will PoC soon.
