Slice 243: Live chain evidence matrix expansion (EVM + Solana)

Tracking Slice 243: extend the live approval evidence matrix to cover EVM + Solana, preserving Hardhat-local before Base Sepolia and adding solana_localnet before solana_devnet. This issue will receive verification evidence and commit hash on completion.

Slice 243 implementation landed in commit 67b3379 and was pushed to origin/main.

Implemented

• extended apps/agent-runtime/scripts/wallet_approval_chain_matrix.py to add solana_localnet then solana_devnet after the existing EVM legs
• extended apps/agent-runtime/scripts/wallet_approval_harness.py with Solana-specific trade asset defaults, localnet native faucet bootstrap, and truthful unsupported liquidity reporting
• expanded direct tests in apps/agent-runtime/tests/test_wallet_approval_harness.py and apps/agent-runtime/tests/test_wallet_approval_chain_matrix.py
• updated stale Solana contract assertions in infrastructure/scripts/management-solana-contract-tests.mjs to follow shared validator locations after runtime extraction
• synced canonical artifacts (docs/XCLAW_SLICE_TRACKER.md, docs/XCLAW_BUILD_ROADMAP.md, docs/XCLAW_SOURCE_OF_TRUTH.md, docs/CONTEXT_PACK.md, spec.md, tasks.md, acceptance.md)

• fixed local management bootstrap over loopback HTTP by omitting Secure for loopback management cookies using forwarded/host header resolution
• preserved request-origin management link issuance for local evidence runs so locally issued owner/bootstrap flows remain usable
• reran the Slice 243 live matrix with skill-derived runtime inputs

What was fixed

• Base Sepolia builder-code propagation now reaches both:
  • harness-invoked runtime commands
  • web management approval background resume env
• Base Sepolia x402 transfer-approval follow-up no longer races invisible approvals:
  • harness waits for actionable mirrored approval rows
  • x402 capability scenario uses canonical integer atomic amounts so mirror-backed transfer approvals are actually created
• trade receipt confirmation in the harness now falls back from cast receipt to direct JSON-RPC when needed
