Slice 247: Solana Devnet Quoted-Pair Discovery and Evidence Boundary

Goal: determine whether a truthful Jupiter-quotable Solana devnet pair exists for live evidence. If yes, switch harness evidence to that pair and finish the matrix. If no, narrow Solana devnet trade evidence to deterministic unsupported_live_evidence without synthetic green status.

Outcome:

• Slice 247 closes on a truthful later blocker at Solana devnet trade execution.
• Deterministic blocker:
  • class=unsupported_live_evidence
  • reason=solana_devnet_trade_pair_unavailable
• The scoped devnet pair is funded, but Jupiter returns TOKEN_NOT_TRADABLE, so green live trade execution evidence is intentionally out of scope until a real quoteable devnet pair exists.
