We found that during character creation one of the Lucky rolls was using the Luck for AC. There really isn't an easy way other than changing the "Other modfier to AC as it goes up and down which works but may be touch to remember. In the "Compute AC" section would it be possible to either add another drop down or just a check box for "Luck"

Just confirming this from page 19 of the core rule book:

Note that the lucky roll modifier does not change over
time as the character’s Luck changes. For example, if
a character’s Luck modifier is +1 and their lucky roll
is spell checks, they receives a +1 modifier to all spell
checks henceforth. This modifier does not change if
their Luck score changes.

So this would be to support a house rule if applied to the "Charmed house: Armor Class" birth augur / lucky roll.
