Automate disapproval for Paladin #21

Hey!
It would be nice to put something to monitor the disapproval for Paladins, much like it is done on the Cleric sheet.
Also, the disapproval related to the Paladin's Holy Deeds could be automated. The Crawl zine mentions that cause fear, instill bravery, and lay on hands could result in disapproval, but there is no automatic monitoring for this in the current implementation of these sheets.
The disapproval for spells seems to be working fine.
