nodemon needs to be installed globally or have scripts pointing to each folder

@jsms90 The readme now includes at the start: 'Let's code along the solutions to the following tasks. A global installation of nodemon may be helpful when completing the tasks: npm i -g nodemon'.

I think a global installation seems like a good solution for this code along; do you think we can close this issue?
