Create and move Nextcloud-relevant data to a new user account

At the moment, Nextcloud app seems to be hosted on @mngshm 's user account. A better approach is to create a new user e.g. nextcloud and move the relevant content into the new account. Alternatively, we could rename the existing mangesh user account to the new user.

Hey sure, I'll check and dump my account or else change the name and credentials and give the access to you folks. You can change the password later and own it.

Edit: just got reminded, there is already a standard admin account (which might be disabled, you can re-enable) and use that to manage when in emergencies. Before leaving I have already promoted you, ruchika and harsh as admins with all privileges.

Also, there's nothing like "hosted on my user account". My account stands out to be a super user because it was technically the first account created on the platform.
