Ability to save form data while switching between mobile and desktop during form fillup.

Users shall be able to retrieve the form data they have filled out so far in case they want to switch to a desktop or mobile device while filling up the form.

This will require a lot of changes like asking the users to sign in before starting to fill up the form. So, that their entries and progress can be saved and restored.
