Question about full-gap classification. #105
Description
When looking at the Assigned Types and Subtypes table, why would I not see any full-gap classifications? Is this classification not represented in the table at all?
An example of the table from one of my runs can be seen here:
I also have a question about the frequency of substitutions. How can the substitutions be higher than the number of reads? How can I have up to 800000 when I have a total of less then 500000?
