[Bug] UnifiedPush settings applied while `Disable UnifiedPush` is enabled

I've been using UnifiedPush feature almost since it was released. I use Conversations distributor.
Today I opened Forkgram settings by chance and saw new enabled Disable UnifiedPush setting (Fork Client Settings.

However, UnifiedPush settings are displayed (Notifications and Sounds) and it works (UnifiedPush Notifications).

If I set Disable UnifiedPush = off and then on, then there is no UnifiedPush settings in Notifications menu. If I set Disable UnifiedPush = off again, then UnifiedPush settings appear in Notifications menu.

So, it is probably regression of #375. Seems like broken migration or wrong default values assumptions.
In my case Disable UnifiedPush should have been off.

ForkGram 12.3.2.0 from F-Droid.
