Strange artifact below the app top bar

In version 12.3.2.0 (f-droid) there's a strange separator below the top bar and a weird artifact inside it.

What do you mean? There's no issue tracker on official telegram android github repo.
Are you asking me to install official telegram app to confirm the issue there?

I can only check later if this also happens on Lineageos 22.2

I'll leave this issue open for anyone alse that might experience it and would eventually be able to confirm it on the official app.

oh, I undestood wath it is. it's the notification banner that seldom appears on top of the chat list reminding you random stuff about telegram, like adding you birth date and things like that.
Some recent update made it very vertically squished apparently, I accidentally tapped on it and it disappeared.

I have the same issue last few days after latest update.
Tapping on that thin area open birthday date setting (I don't want to set that).
That colored line has moving dots, I suppose they are from emoji which is used in that birthday message, dots are moving like on that animated emoji.
Telegram fork version - 12.3.2.0, android 14 on sony xperia 1 IV
