Edge and other browser exclusions

Hey, thanks for this extension. Hope it continues.

One issue is My browsers edge and firefox being added automatically back to excluded from tiling. Hope this can be fixed as works perfect for me when I remove them but seems to re-add.

Might be a niche issue as use a chromium based browser for PWA's for you tube and the such, and firefox for browsing so not sure if that's some conflict.
