Upgrade to HDF5 >1.14.6 to get rid of custom patch #89
Description
The image is currently building HDF5 1.14.6 from source with HDFGroup/hdf5#4954 applied as a custom patch to restore the WASM build. It would be good to get rid of this custom patch. We'll likely still need to build HDF5 from source though, since Ubuntu is unlikely to provide precompiled WASM binaries.
TASK after next HDF5 release:
- Upgrade to HDF5 >1.14.6 to get rid of custom patch handling.
