Change the background of info message from error to warn

For Complex SOQL, the warning message background is red. Made me think I cannot execute the SOQL via the builder

Change the background color behind the message from red to orange so it conveys as information or warning than error

Thank you for the feedback. We plan to add a note to the red box that you can run the query as-is to help make this clearer. (internal WI W-9154690). We will leave the remainder of the styling the same as the user will loose part of their query if they click 'Edit Query Anyway' so we want something a bit stronger than a warning.
