potential duplicated to review #245
Description
I updated MEASUREMENTS after running the script that parses the different types of duplicates out (mostly dealing with SRDB data as I don't think we had run that script after that import).
There are few D.groups for which the script wasn't able to establish precedence automatically. I dealt with most of them but I am listing the rest here as I think I would like you to review them.

Reminder, for records that belong to 2 groups (like 2802;2803) you need to manually find and tick all 3 possible options in D.group filter (e.g. 2802, 2802;2803 and 2803)
