Warn user on architecture mismatch

In one way or another, ensure that the user knows that when they're on intel an aarch64 package will not be registered -- and/or handle this gracefully.

We not have a whole column showing the package architecture. Not sure if we need another combobox to filter. I feel there's too many already.

Lowering priority on this. I think the advanced tab is OK, the quick tab will automatically pick the current arch (should be interesting on M1 Macs, but alas I don't own one to test).
