feed repeater

Hi . i am going to customize it in order to use as a current notifier software . i need to repeat some sales policies and rules in my POS system for officers . the only thing i want the software is, the ability to repeat the read feeds again like shuffle in media players . where the source code should be rewrite and change to get the aim .
