Litter codes added/overwritten

For 130 individuals, litter codes have been added or changed where the CODE is 'BORN'; these new litter codes appear to be from the last litter that the individual gave birth to. This doesn't appear to just be occurring where the litter code was NA when the individual was 'BORN', so it seems some litter codes are being overwritten.

Individual 31 should be in litter but picks up a litter she gave birth too.

Individual 60 loses the litter code she is born into and gets the litter code of the last litter she gave birth too.

Hi Aidan,
These are all mostly fixed now I think, there are just two individuals which seem to still have this issue: DF022 and TF301.
