Tutorial updates for next year (2024)

• Get the dashboard working https://jupyter-app-launcher.readthedocs.io/en/latest/usage.html. Currently, the notebook will open and honor the full path, but the cwd variable does not work, so all the paths are broken. Either we debug / fix the actual issue with the extension, or a hack/workaround would be to use all fullpaths in the notebook itself.
• Move the main tutorial content into the top level of the cloned repository, and update the login.html page here.
• flux-tree needs update to be ion-resource stats and not stat. (removed)

Final two points:

• When tutorial finished, have spawn container built for one-off use, and add to flux docs pages
  Tutorial container and instruction flux-docs#271
• Set of specific questions to get feedback on, post-tutorial

Will update this issue with more things that I think of.
