⭐ Add "Rate Sara Baby" Feature with Store Redirection

In the "Share and More" section, add an option called "Rate Sara Baby". When tapped, the user should be redirected to the correct store page based on their device:

• Android → Google Play Store
• iOS → App Store

Store URLs:

• Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.suleymansurucu.sarababy
• iOS: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/sara-baby-tracker-sounds/id6746516938

Tasks

• Add a "Rate Sara Baby" list item under Share and More
• Use url_launcher to open external URLs
• Use Platform.isAndroid or Platform.isIOS to determine the store
• Optionally, show a confirmation dialog using localized text
• Ensure functionality works across both platforms
